Vacuum Formed Pan Faces are not all created equal. Art-Works uses high impact modified acrylic. It is known for its whiteness, high impact strength and it will not yellow after time. We are equipped to make one piece faces up to 8’ x 16’, standard and custom shapes. Whether you’re looking for blank faces that you can add your own vinyl graphics to, or have Art-Works complete your design with vinyl, digital print, Back spraying, or Thermoforming, Art-works is your partner in helping you create the best-looking pan faces. Back spray painting is a proven method to decorate a face that is long lasting & holds up to tough elements. Our journeyman painter has this skill mastered and enjoys doing it.
Thermo-formed Vinyl, where high quality translucent vinyl is applied to the acrylic before it is formed. This is what we recommend mostly on darker colors to create perfect illumination, where back spray is not suggested. *Not all vinyl brands are approved for this method.
Embossment - Make your copy stand out by adding embossed lettering or shapes. Embossment sits ½" off the face & Letter stoke needs to be min of ½" for this feature. We can emboss White faces and apply vinyl to the raised portion, or we can backspray clear acrylic.
