Warranty

Art-Works Wholesale Signs strives to be the best of the best in wholesale manufacturing. We also know things happen.

Signs manufactured by Art-Works Wholesale Signs are guaranteed, for one (1) year from the date of shipment, to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Defective components will be replaced and/or repaired without charge during the warranty period. Removal, re-installation labor & travel expenses for replacing defective components, will not be reimbursed.

The Buyer must notify Art-Works Wholesale Signs, prior to any action undertaken, if there is a malfunction covered under this warranty. Proceeding with any work or repairs on signs without notifying or obtaining authorization from Art-Works Wholesale Signs, will automatically void all guarantees.

All signs are inspected, tested for proper operation, and shipped in industry standard packaging for common carriers. It is the responsibility of the receiving party to inspect shipment for damages prior to accepting in order to file a claim with the carrier should there be such occurrence. Art-Works Art-Works Wholesale Signs assumes no responsibility for damages between shipment from our plant and final destination.

Defective transformers/ballast/ power supplies/ LEDS under warranty must be returned to Art-Works Wholesale Signs before credit is issued. Freight-collect shipments will not be accepted.

Any component of manufacturer’s warranty still in effect upon expiration Art-Works Wholesale Signs warranty period is passed on to the buyer.

This warranty does not apply to damages resulting from acts of God, misuse, or negligence.
